MHS Athletics

A Message From the Athletic Director

Our Marshfield Rams have won many league championships in MIAA competition.

We have won 5 Super Bowl championships in football, 2 state championships in hockey, 2 New England championships in rugby, and 1 state title each in girls track, boys soccer, girls soccer, softball, and baseball.

We have 2 National Champions, one in the boys distance medley relay, and one in the girls high jump. We have 14 individual state titles combined from our indoor and outdoor track and field teams.

We've had wrestlers win 5 state championships and 2 New England championships. We've had 5 basketball players become 1,000 point scorers. We've had 10 state Coach of the Year winners.

Our school has been recognized with Gatorade Player of the Year honors in both football and boys soccer. MHS sports have been the avenue that led dozens of our students to earn athletic scholarships to college.

There is no doubt that we are tremendously proud of our athletes.

Yet even more than our wins and our championships, we are most proud of the character our student athletes develop through our athletic program at Marshfield High School. We are proud of the sense of pride and community fostered through the work of our student athletes, coaches, parents, alumni, and supporters all around town.

We know that by participating in sports--whether on the field, supporting on the sideline, or cheering in the stands--we are bound together by common goals, a shared determination, and a spirit of perseverance and teamwork. So please join us in supporting MHS athletics in whatever capacity you are able.

Go Rams!
