Coach Sean Lynch helped establish an identity and an attitude along Marshfield's offensive line, starting in the mid-1990s.

After playing football for Duxbury High School and Mass Maritime, he arrived to coach at Marshfield High School in 1994.

Coach Lynch was demanding and intense, and his influence helped establish a tradition of excellence along the offensive line at MHS. His knowledge of the game was first rate, and he was promoted to offensive coordinator in his later years with the Rams.

The ripple of Coach Lynch's influence still reverberated within the program all the way through the 2014 season, as one of Coach Lynch's star pupils as a player was Coach Chris Arouca.
